Senior Manager - Internal Audit

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; travel is expected for global audits.

What you will do

• Deliver the Board-approved Internal Audit plan across hirify.global’s global businesses and functions.
• Conduct audits covering finance, procurement, technology, retail, marketing, customer services, logistics, warehousing, IT, and shared services.
• Identify emerging internal and external risks and develop audits in new and dynamic areas.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership, management, and Executive stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support, influence stakeholders, and help ensure agreed actions and deadlines are delivered.
• Develop audit engagement programmes, internal methodology, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous Internal Audit experience.
• ACA, ACCA, or ICAS qualification with at least four years of post-qualification experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, negotiating actions, and managing difficult conversations.
• Line management and leadership skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Adaptability, sound judgement, decision-making ability, and confidence working with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• CIA qualification.
• Data analytics, BI, SQL reporting, or Tableau experience.
• Experience auditing IT systems and software.
