What you will do
- Collaborate closely with client on projects, ensuring brand guardianship and positive client experience.
- Manage and run creative/studio team, including day-to-day resource and freelance decisions, and line management of on-site team.
- Own process and systems re-engineering for asset delivery, feed into milestone plans, and communicate internally/externally.
- Interpret client briefs, set/manage timelines, brief projects, ensure QC, brand approval, and on-brand outputs.
- Handle transcreation/localization (print, video, digital), escalations, resource needs, and bottlenecks.
- Assist with financial management, billing, profitability, KPI monitoring, account growth, and client development.
Requirements
- Excellent client engagement skills to organize, influence, and build strong relationships.
- At least 4 years in an agency environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and numerical skills; ability to multitask.
- Client-facing presentation skills, negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills, work ethic, adaptability, and conflict management.
- Ability to manage/develop junior team members and influence external stakeholders.
