What you will do

• Develop and adapt logic for network-level DDoS defense.
• Optimize pipelines for automatic attack detection, mitigation, and reporting using flow data.
• Automate operational processes and rollouts for network components to support on-call availability.
• Provide interfaces for integration with hosting products.
• Administer and troubleshoot router infrastructure for defense platforms.
• Drive efficient operational architecture, lifecycle management, and streamlined processes in DevOps.

Requirements

• Fluently communicate in English; German is a plus
• Degree in computer science or comparable education.
• Several years operating network components with JUNOS.
• Excellent BGP and BGP Flowspec experience.
• Experience with Linux filtering: Netfilter, nftables, eBPF, XDP.
• Develop highly available software in C, Go, Python, Rust, Bash.
• Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and automation.
• Strong analytical skills for DDoS assessment and countermeasures.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Frrouting and GoBGP.
• Fan of open source, especially Linux.
