What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of clinical development programs from Phase 1 through Phase 4, aligning with regulatory and business objectives.
• Provide clinical leadership in Core Team decisions and oversee study design, implementation, and operational delivery.
• Represent the company in regulatory interactions, governance meetings, and external partnerships.
• Engage experts and stakeholders to interpret trial results and integrate into program strategy.
• Foster innovation in clinical trial design to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor Degree from a renowned institution
• At least 5 years in R&D role in pharma/biotech or 7-10 years in academia with clinical investigator track record
• Experience in protocols, reports, global clinical plans, and regulatory documentation
• Outstanding communication to influence stakeholders and experts
• Strong GCP, regulatory, and clinical trial methodology knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple tasks amid changing priorities

Nice to have

• Certification in Respiratory or Allergy & Immunology
• Experience in the specific therapeutic area
