What you will do
- Cultivate a culture of openness and collaboration
- Manage regional budgets and reporting
- Lead regional marketing strategy and execution
- Act as a regional ambassador and co-pilot to the General Manager North America
- Build strong communities with customers, partners, and industry
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and partner teams
- Plan and execute regional events, digital programs, and ABM programs
- Create and nurture customer and partner advocacy networks
- Ensure consistent brand representation and support global marketing initiatives
- Proactively surface insights and feedback from the field
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS technology, preferably fintech sector, in a Manager role
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or equivalent
- Track record in fast-paced startup environment, achieving goals and inspiring teams
- Experience owning regional marketing strategy, pipeline management, ABM, demand gen, digital, content, events
- Strong collaboration skills and problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
