What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for digital initiatives aligned to strategic business units and go-to-market priorities.
- Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to design best-in-class digital experiences.
- Champion innovation by applying emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance client experience and business outcomes.
- Leverage CMS and MarTech expertise to build digital experiences meeting client needs and business objectives.
- Develop strategies driving awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across client segments using customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, UX/UI, content, and web teams to deliver cohesive initiatives and monitor performance metrics for optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management; financial services, fintech, or B2B preferred
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystem: websites, mobile, social, search, marketing automation, CMS (Adobe Experience Manager a plus)
- Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies including personalization, site optimization, A/B and multivariate testing
- Hands-on experience with analytics and MarTech (Google/Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for data-driven decisions
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI, product, marketing, and engineering teams in agile environments
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder skills; comfortable with global/remote teams
