TL;DR

Sr. Digital Product Marketing Manager (Fintech): Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive client awareness, engagement, and acquisition with an accent on personalization, customer insights, and data-driven experiences. Focus on leading digital transformation, leveraging CMS and MarTech stacks, and optimizing performance through A/B and multivariate testing.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid: at least 4 full days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for digital initiatives aligned to strategic business units and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to design best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Champion innovation by applying emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance client experience and business outcomes.
  • Leverage CMS and MarTech expertise to build digital experiences meeting client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop strategies driving awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across client segments using customer insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, UX/UI, content, and web teams to deliver cohesive initiatives and monitor performance metrics for optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management; financial services, fintech, or B2B preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystem: websites, mobile, social, search, marketing automation, CMS (Adobe Experience Manager a plus)
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies including personalization, site optimization, A/B and multivariate testing
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and MarTech (Google/Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for data-driven decisions
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI, product, marketing, and engineering teams in agile environments
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder skills; comfortable with global/remote teams
