Location: San Mateo, CA headquarters (Monday-Friday in office with option to work from home one day per week)

Salary: $105,000 to $140,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Discover, define, and deliver product features from learner motivation to reporting insights and onboarding flows
• Collaborate internally to prioritize developments with greatest impact and see them through to completion
• Design simple, elegant solutions addressing customer needs and business strategy with detailed specifications
• Work with design, engineering, and QA teams end-to-end for optimal user impact
• Provide updates and recommendations to leadership, contributing to product vision and roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field
• 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or related
• Effective communication and collaboration with Engineering, Design, and QA
• Strong focus on user journey from consumer and enterprise perspectives
• Proficient in wireframing to communicate and iterate on ideas
• Ability to manage projects, adapt to business needs, and communicate changes
