What you will do

• Own 1-2 research projects, potentially combining user research with design execution.
• Plan and conduct user research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with the Product Design Team on artifacts.
• Perform a Website Reader Experience Audit to identify patterns and opportunities for editorial and product teams.
• Research recirculation sections to understand engagement drivers and propose or prototype design solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a relevant degree program.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid part-time role.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work self-directedly.
