What you will do

• Manage client collections and insurance-aged accounts receivable.
• Review and respond to claim denials and collect documentation for appeals.
• Communicate patient financial responsibilities clearly and professionally.
• Track and resolve discrepancies based on partial payments and contractual obligations.
• Leverage technology platforms to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant medical billing experience.
• Strong proficiency with computers and billing software systems.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

Nice to have

• Experience in ABA billing and collections.
• Familiarity with ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) payment posting.
