Location: Remote (Must be based in Bulgaria)

What you will do

  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with healthcare objectives.
  • Lead data migration projects from legacy to modern platforms, ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Manage the product backlog by creating clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to design scalable data solutions.
  • Engage with healthcare domain experts to refine requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and demos.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in data-focused projects.
  • Strong background in data migration initiatives such as legacy system modernization or cloud migration.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Must be based in Bulgaria.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Background in healthcare or life sciences domain.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
