What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with healthcare business objectives
• Manage product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead data migration projects ensuring data integrity, quality, and governance
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and demos
• Track progress, risks, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in data-focused projects
• Strong experience in data migration (legacy modernisation, cloud migration)
• Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data pipelines
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks
