What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for hirify.global 1&1 support through phone and email channels.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Recommend effective solutions to customer issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in coaching sessions and organizational activities to improve performance.
• Report support-related issues proactively to the team supervisor.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cebu City, Philippines.
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols including HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, and RDP.
• Knowledge of web hosting software such as IIS and Apache.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to satisfaction.
