What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for 1&1 support through phone and email channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems to ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Recommend effective solutions to customer issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in coaching sessions and organizational activities to improve performance.
- Report support-related issues proactively to the team supervisor.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Cebu City, Philippines.
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols including HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, and RDP.
- Knowledge of web hosting software such as IIS and Apache.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
- Educational background suitable for career starters or recent graduates.
