TL;DR

Customer Retention and Telesales Specialist (Hosting): Develop and maintain relations with new and existing customers via telephone, email, and live chat to sell hosting products and achieve retention. Focus on identifying sales opportunities, exceeding targets, and documenting cancellation reasons to improve self-service capabilities.

What you will do

  • Respond to incoming requests via phone, email, and chat to identify customer needs and sell appropriate hosting products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global product portfolio.
  • Handle service cancellation requests, identify retention opportunities, and achieve sales and retention targets.
  • Direct customers to online knowledge base for self-service.
  • Document cancellation outcomes and report activities to the Telesales & Customer Retentions Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of telephone sales, revenue generation, and exceeding targets.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.

Nice to have

  • Technically minded with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of internet, email, FTP, web, hosting, and DNS.
