What you will do
- Respond to incoming requests via phone, email, and chat to identify customer needs and sell appropriate hosting products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio.
- Handle service cancellation requests, identify retention opportunities, and achieve sales and retention targets.
- Direct customers to online knowledge base for self-service.
- Document cancellation outcomes and report activities to the Telesales & Customer Retentions Manager.
Requirements
- Proven track record of telephone sales, revenue generation, and exceeding targets.
- Sales and/or customer service experience in a similar role.
- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
Nice to have
- Technically minded with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of internet, email, FTP, web, hosting, and DNS.
