What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and email.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- Recommend and upsell relevant products and services when appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-related tools.
- Team-oriented mindset and a pro-active attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Natural problem-solving skills with empathy and professionalism.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service.
