What you will do
- Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
- Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
- Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing.
- Manage quote renewals for software and licenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience.
Requirements
- College degree or High School Diploma with at least 5 years of functional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of BPO experience in customer onboarding, renewals, or customer service.
- Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid, 10 days RTO/month).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
- Average to Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules (APAC and EU time zones).
Nice to have
- Background in supply chain or IT distribution.
