What you will do

• Manage inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat regarding solar system performance and billing.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and guide customers through basic resolution steps.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 teams following established SOPs.
• Educate customers on solar system monitoring and available resources to improve self-service.
• Adhere to service-level agreements regarding response times and resolution quality.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling high-pressure customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Must be based in the Philippines

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems.
