Working Student (f/m/d) Occupational Health Management

What you will do

• Participate in planning, implementing, and documenting occupational safety measures.
• Collect, evaluate, and report key-performance data.
• Handle administrative work related to certifications, audits, and legal requirements.
• Document and schedule recurring inspections and emergency-management trainings.
• Create operating instructions and work procedures for facility-management safety topics.
• Prepare occupational-safety committee presentations, e-learning materials, and intranet content, and coordinate interfaces with Facility Management and other departments.

Requirements

• Current studies in occupational health management, safety engineering, or facility management with a focus on occupational safety, or a comparable qualification.
• Analytical thinking, a structured work style, and strong self-organization.
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and a confident appearance.
• Very good German skills.
• Willingness to propose AI implementation ideas in occupational safety and turn them into practical projects.

Nice to have

• Very good proficiency with Google Workspace and confident use of content-management systems.
