HR Business Partner (CEE)

What you will do

• Partner with market leadership to support the execution of business strategy and provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead and support performance management, talent review cycles, and succession planning.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, merit, and bonus processes in alignment with global guidelines.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievances in compliance with local labor law.
• Ensure accurate execution of HR processes within MCT/People Connect and collaborate with Shared Service Centers.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for leadership on people-related decisions and change management.

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law and employee relations.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience partnering with business leaders within a commercial environment.
• Experience across multiple CEE countries is considered an advantage.
