GTM and Analytics Expert: Implementing complex conversion tracking and debugging issues for A/B testing on client websites with an accent on GTM management, analytics verification, and customized reporting. Focus on troubleshooting measurement problems across Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, and ensuring data accuracy under tight deadlines.

Location: Remote from Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City). Must overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST (8 AM to 12 PM ET).

What you will do

• Implement conversion tracking for forms, buttons, e-commerce, and custom events using GTM.
• Verify and sanity-check tracking implementations for accuracy.
• Debug and fix tracking issues across analytics tools.
• Check test measurements on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar.
• Create customized reports from Google Analytics and other data sources.
• Communicate with internal/external teams to gain buy-in, explain issues, and report progress.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• At least 2 years managing Google Tags (GTM): implementation, coding, testing, maintenance.
• At least 2 years with Google Analytics (GA3/GA4), including UA to GA4 transitions.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, digital analytics, web traffic metrics.
• Good knowledge of web analytics strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting.
• Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation; basic JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional tools like Hotjar, Optimizely.
