What you will do

• Lead site performance optimization using advanced analytics and data-driven insights
• Monitor key metrics including traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, heatmaps, and Google Tag Manager
• Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to boost engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user experience
• Ensure precise tracking of website events and data collection

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in B2C e-commerce industry
• Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, Grafana, Hotjar
• Previous A/B testing experience (AB Tasty, Maxymizer or similar)
• Analytical mindset to solve complex problems and create actionable specs
• Familiarity with Agile principles, sprint planning, and iterative processes
• Clear communication in technical and non-technical contexts; adaptive to ambiguity
