What you will do
- Design tracking frameworks and measurement plans for digital analytics.
- Audit dataLayers, validate implementations and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Build and optimize ELT processes in BigQuery and cloud environments.
- Transform event-level data into structured reporting datasets.
- Support campaign measurement, attribution models and marketing analytics.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration, set governance standards and improve analytics maturity.
Requirements
- Based in the UK with experience in digital analytics and analytics engineering.
- Strong expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with BigQuery, ELT processes and data modelling.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, consent management and privacy-safe practices (OneTrust/CookiePro).
- Knowledge of UTM structures, attribution and traffic source tracking.
- Proven leadership in senior/lead role with stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Server-side GTM (sGTM) and Google Cloud tools (Pub/Sub, Dataform).
- Server-side tagging, custom domains and first-party data strategies.
