• Manage Sales Order Packs, including checking and following up on missing data.
• Process sales orders and enter quotes accurately into One Shop.
• Coordinate with credit control regarding releases and support related queries.
• Track order status throughout all stages and inform sales of lead-times.
• Oversee order dispatching and full logistics coordination.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Basic knowledge of the IT industry and ability to learn technical information.
• Understanding of customer business needs and priorities.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong command of English.
