International Assessment Solutions Leader (Edtech): Driving international growth by selling educational assessment technology and consultancy services to governments and awarding bodies with an accent on K-12 and TVET markets. Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in Milton Keynes, London, or Manchester offices). International travel required.
Salary: £80,000 - £93,500 (depending on location)

What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across key international regions, specifically focusing on Asia and Africa.
- Lead consultative sales engagements to help clients identify needs and adopt educational assessment reforms.
- Design and present commercial proposals and service methodologies for K-12 and TVET markets.
- Deliver product demonstrations for assessment technologies such as GradeMaker and e-Marker.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and finance teams to prepare strategic bids and tenders.
- Advise governments and awarding bodies on education policy and assessment technology reforms.
Requirements
- Experience designing and selling educational assessment, consultancy, or education solutions.
- Proven track record of working with international clients, including governments or donor-funded programs.
- Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging senior international stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes with a commercial mindset.
- Willingness to undertake international travel.
Nice to have
- Mastery of assessment methodology (e.g., Classical/IRT).
- Experience with projects supporting employability and sector-specific vocational skills.
- Track record in delivering successful assessment projects.
