Location: Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid: office at least 4 days/week)

What you will do

• Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to define strategy and tactics for market penetration and ETF flows.
• Grow ETF assets under management (AUM) in Taiwan through targeted strategies.
• Monitor market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory developments.
• Organize educational programs, roadshows, and training sessions for brokers and institutional clients.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan’s regulatory requirements and coordinate with product teams for development and approvals.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related discipline (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 8+ years in investment industry with strong ETF knowledge and experience.
• 5+ years client-facing or business development experience in wholesale team.
• Experience in ETF ecosystem across Equities and/or Fixed Income.
• Local licensing requirements in Taiwan must be fulfilled.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
