Focus on refining high-level features for sprint planning, managing functional and technical dependencies, and analysing complex production incidents.

Location: Hybrid (Utrecht, The Netherlands). Must be located in The Netherlands.

Salary: €4,024 - €5,747 per month

What you will do

• Refine high-level features into detailed requirements sufficient for sprint planning and development.
• Communicate with global stakeholders to ensure solutions fit a single global way of working.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to manage functional and technical dependencies.
• Manage parallel workflows: preparing requirements for future sprints, advising on current implementation, and testing previous deliverables.
• Lead the analysis of urgent and complex production incidents in high-availability (24x7) systems.
• Perform technical tasks such as running SQL queries, scheduling batch jobs, and creating XMLs.

Requirements

• Must be located in The Netherlands.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development setting, preferably within complex enterprise banking environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Value Chain Finance, specifically Receivables Financing and Supplier Financing.
• Experience working with DevOps in geographically distributed teams.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills to adapt to different audiences.
