What you will do

• Translate data governance standards into clear operational processes, work instructions, and playbooks for MDM Operations.
• Ensure consistent master data management across product, customer, and supplier domains.
• Onboard and train global MDM Operations teams, developing training materials and knowledge documentation.
• Act as senior point of contact and escalation for complex master data issues.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, IT, ERP teams, and business stakeholders on structural solutions.
• Identify process inefficiencies, initiate improvements, and explore automation opportunities.
• Contribute to projects like ERP changes, integrations, or acquisitions involving master data.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or comparable field.
• 8–15 years experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or data quality in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP and understanding of master data in business processes.
• Proven process improvement and data quality enhancement experience.
• Experience in international environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to guide teams through change.
