What you will do

• Analyze incoming issues, recurring patterns, and workflows in Jira.
• Distinguish incidents, service requests, and structural problems.
• Design a problem management process tailored to hirify.global IT.
• Model and document IT service management processes, flows, instructions, and roles.
• Support pilot implementation or proof-of-concept within the department.
• Deliver analysis report, process proposal, documentation, and final presentation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in HBO or WO program (Business IT & Management, IT Service Management, Technical Business Administration, or related).
• Interest in process improvement, service management, and organizational change.
• Accurate work and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in English.
