Training Lead (Product & Sales): Design and execute end-to-end learning paths for product expertise and sales excellence across Customer Care and Retail teams with an accent on leveraging AI-enhanced content and modern LMS tools. Focus on translating operational insights into interactive programs, conducting workshops, providing data-driven coaching, and building a centralized Knowledge Base.

What you will do

• Design and execute learning paths from gap analysis to ROI measurement
• Implement and manage LMS with engaging e-learning modules
• Leverage AI tools for high-quality training materials
• Conduct in-person and remote workshops and coaching sessions
• Translate product updates into actionable training content
• Provide data-driven feedback for individual and organizational growth
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Product, and Retail teams on product knowledge
• Build and iterate training processes and centralized Knowledge Base

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1)
• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
• Proven experience designing comprehensive training programs and managing LMS platforms
• Proficiency utilizing AI assistants and tools for scalable content creation
• Expertise conducting engaging workshops and data-driven coaching
• Strong can-do attitude to build and scale processes in fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills to influence and empower others

Nice to have

• Proficient in German (C1)
• Experience in scale-up or furniture/design-tech industry
• Passionate about e-learning and EdTech trends
