What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to shape effective, user-centered solutions.
• Translate requirements and insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Define and improve information architecture and interaction patterns to ensure intuitive user journeys.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and research to validate design decisions and drive optimization.
• Mentor junior designers and lead UX teams within client projects, contributing to the hirify.global UX guild.
• Manage multiple simultaneous UX projects, prioritizing tasks and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the design process, problem-solving approach, and delivered work.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean UX or similar ways of working.
• Experience in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments.
