What you will do

• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and UI components while maintaining design system consistency.
• Conduct user research, develop personas and journey maps, perform usability testing, and analyze feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and product leads on feasible designs, participate in brainstorming, sprints, and present concepts.
• Prepare design specifications, organize assets, and ensure smooth handoff to development teams.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, adopt AI-driven tools, and contribute to team culture and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of UI/UX design experience (internships and academic projects count).
• Strong user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing skills.
• Proficiency with Figma and similar design tools; ability to create clear design specifications and handoffs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
