What you will do

• Mentor and lead a growing organization responsible for high-volume ingestion pipelines and network data enrichment services.
• Provide thought leadership in designing and scaling distributed systems that ingest trillions of records.
• Translate broad concepts into detailed requirements, technical approaches, and success metrics.
• Contribute hands-on to both greenfield and maintenance projects, including bootstrapping new products.
• Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and sales teams to align storage standards with customer demands.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an engineering manager or technical lead.
• Deep hands-on leadership experience in a SaaS and/or startup environment.
• Subject matter expertise in scalable data ingestion, network data enrichment, or massive time-series datasets.
• Ability to balance engineering excellence with speed to market.
• Must be based in the United States.
