What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Synthetics, prioritizing features and technical investments
• Translate customer problems into actionable product specifications and user stories for engineering
• Work with engineers to build and iterate on synthetic monitoring capabilities like application, transaction, and protocol-based tests
• Engage with customers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to gather feedback and validate assumptions
• Use data, usage insights, and feedback to evaluate success and guide improvements
• Support the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role at a technology company (e.g., network engineering, systems engineering, SRE, IT operations, infrastructure)
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, telemetry, and the OSI stack
• Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud infrastructure, and modern application architectures
• Experience using or working with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, ThousandEyes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn complex concepts into actionable requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and collaborate across disciplines

Nice to have

• Prior product management experience
• Experience with synthetic monitoring concepts and tooling (web, transaction, protocol-based tests)
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., JavaScript, Selenium)
• Experience with WebRTC, browser automation, or voice-based testing
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows server administration
• Background with networking vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) or security tools
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
