What you will do
- Draft regulatory reports and ensure compliance with requirements and timelines
- Monitor regulatory issuances and memorandums
- Create and update internal policies and procedures based on applicable regulations
- Perform gap analysis and update internal manuals
- Ensure regulatory compliance licenses are kept up to date
- Draft and issue internal memos regarding new regulations
Requirements
- Degree in business, accounting, law, or a related course
- Comprehensive knowledge of AML and BSP regulations
- Experience in policy and procedure creation
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and EMI transactions and investigations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines
