What you will do
- Manage the full spectrum of company incorporations for private limited companies, sole proprietorships, and partnerships.
- Draft essential statutory documentation, including AGMs, EGMs, and Board Resolutions.
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and statutory registers for assigned clients.
- Monitor and manage statutory compliance timelines, specifically for Hong Kong entities.
- Provide guidance and support to clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Corporate Secretarial, Legal Compliance, or Corporate Administration.
- Hands-on experience managing Hong Kong entities and knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- For Malaysia-based candidates: Full fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in drafting corporate documentation.
- ICSA qualification or GradCG status is highly preferred.
