Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines

What you will do

  • Draft and manage legal correspondence for estate institutions including banks and government departments.
  • Complete and process institution forms, client authorizations, and purchaser declarations.
  • Maintain and update matter management software such as LEAP or Smokeball with beneficiary and asset information.
  • Prepare distribution authorities, statutory declarations, and estate planning documents like Wills and Powers of Attorney.
  • Manage electronic files, diary scheduling, and coordinate communication between solicitors, clients, and third parties.
  • Compile court documents, paginate exhibits, and assist with time entry and invoicing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Political Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a paralegal capacity, preferably within an Australian or common-law firm.
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work onsite in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Paralegal certification.
  • Experience with LEAP or Smokeball legal software.
