Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building a deal intelligence platform for law and finance using a proprietary Deal Reasoning Engine to transform complex documents into strategic insights.

What you will do

• Design and build core AI technology, including LLM infrastructure, search, and persistence layers.
• Develop production-ready backend services using Go and React/TypeScript.
• Collaborate on product shaping and interact directly with customers to drive initiatives.
• Lead technical projects from concept to completion with a high degree of ownership.
• Switch between different technical domains to solve complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production-ready applications in Go or another strongly typed language.
• Strong interest in or experience with LLMs, knowledge graphs, and semantic search.
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end as a tech lead.
• Eagerness to learn and work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the US to align with company operations and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS or highly regulated industries (legal, financial services, healthcare).
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
• Specialized skills in either full-stack product development or data/ML infrastructure.
