What you will do

• Establish a repeatable framework to empower clients in launching new title and escrow businesses on the hirify.global platform.
• Conduct operational audits for lenders and brokerages to identify organizational needs and risks.
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI integration in title production, document processing, and compliance.
• Guide clients in implementing AI-powered solutions for data extraction, document analysis, and commitment generation.
• Develop change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of AI tools while maintaining quality.
• Monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure best practices and non-compliance risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Title and Escrow operations.
• 5+ years of experience launching and overseeing Title and Escrow operations across multiple US states or regions.
• Extensive knowledge of US title and escrow regulations.
• Experience implementing closing workflows and software rollouts in centralized organizations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the United States.
