What you will do

• Partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the patient application experience.
• Explore divergent concepts and build iteratively towards your vision with high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Lead user research, data analysis, workshops, and design thinking exercises to inform user-centered solutions.
• Work within and contribute to the Design System while advocating for design cross-functionally.
• Inspire the team with innovative ideas and help shape the culture of a growing design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consumer product design in an agile environment
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing attention to detail in typography, interaction, and visual design
• Highly proficient with Figma, Photoshop, and other design/prototyping tools
• Excellent visual design craft and communication skills
• Systems thinking with strong UI background and passion for consumer experiences
