What you will do
- Provide deep product guidance for selling, handling legal negotiations, eliminating technical barriers, and managing escalations.
- Hire, enable, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing field sales team.
- Scale and develop territories through strategic planning and account assignment.
- Collaborate with marketing on events and ensure customer success via strategic account planning, consumption monitoring, and C-level engagement.
- Manage weekly forecast meetings and build in-region partner networks (SIs, ecosystem partners like AWS, Microsoft).
- Accelerate time to capacity agreements through effective POCs, champion decks, and partner alignment.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships with new business sales focus.
- Strong ability to manage, motivate teams, and drive success.
- Pro-active, independent mindset with high energy, positive attitude, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
