What you will do
- Partner with Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprise customers to drive adoption and measurable business value from data and AI initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CDOs, CIOs, and data leaders to design clear paths to value using the platform.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and adoption through to renewals and expansion.
- Guide data teams toward better collaboration, trust, and governance as part of the Active Metadata Management movement.
- Translate customer needs into strategic insights and feedback to influence product direction and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong technical understanding of modern data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, dbt).
- Experience managing commercial renewals and identifying expansion opportunities through value-driven conversations.
- Proven ability to translate technical platform capabilities into measurable business ROI for executive stakeholders.
- Passion for data collaboration, governance, and the enablement of AI-native organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience with data governance, lineage, or metadata platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or workflow automation.
- Industry expertise in financial services, healthcare, or retail.
- Proficiency with CS platforms such as Vitally, Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA.
