What you will do

• Partner with clinical, medical, and operations teams to apply data science and AI to longevity care delivery.
• Develop and evaluate models and AI-driven workflows for personalized, evidence-based care at scale.
• Design agentic AI for tasks like longitudinal chart review, lab trend interpretation, and patient outreach.
• Analyze patient data including labs, vitals, prescriptions, and engagement to improve outcomes and adherence.
• Build frameworks to measure clinical effectiveness, physician productivity, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI tools into telehealth workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or related quantitative role
• Master’s in quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Biomedical Informatics); advanced clinical training (MD, DO, RN, PA, NP) strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare data, clinical workflows, or care delivery systems
• Demonstrated experience analyzing video with computer vision techniques
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for complex healthcare datasets
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating applied ML/AI systems
• Familiarity with modern AI including LLMs and agentic workflows
• Understanding of responsible AI in healthcare (safety, bias, oversight)
