What you will do

• Design, prototype, and build secure, scalable full-stack solutions using Next.js and modern practices.
• Embed SOX compliance into architecture, data models, workflows, and code from the ground up.
• Implement agentic workflows and AI-augmented features using tools like Cursor.
• Architect, customize, and extend headless CMS such as Payload CMS.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate Figma designs into UIs.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, standards, guidance, and mentorship.
• Own full-stack solutions including frontend, backend, databases, CI/CD, and deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack development experience, including 2+ years as Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead with hands-on coding.
• Proven experience with SOX-compliant environments and articulating compliance impacts.
• Expert Next.js (App Router), React ecosystem, TypeScript, and state management.
• Strong backend skills (Node.js, Python, or Java), APIs (REST/GraphQL), SQL/NoSQL data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with CMS like Payload CMS.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and building AI-augmented workflows.
• Ability to implement Figma designs scalably.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
