What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers from onboarding to production deployment.
• Design, test, and implement integrations using Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.
• Build API and data workflows with REST, webhooks, and Python scripts.
• Provide prescriptive guidance across risk domains like Fraud, AML/KYC/KYB, and Credit Underwriting.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
• Deep experience with AWS (Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito) and data infrastructure tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Redis, Redshift, or Clickhouse.
• Expertise integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
