What you will do

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover business processes, pain points, and customer goals.
• Map customer workflows and KPIs to translate findings into tailored technical solutions.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations for CFOs, Controllers, and Finance teams, highlighting ROI.
• Partner with prospects to evaluate integration, scalability, and data flow needs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client requirements and inform the roadmap.
• Scope out implementation requirements for solution rollouts to ensure feasibility and alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Consultant role within SaaS fintech or ERP companies.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, ideally with a finance or accounting background.
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and navigating complex deal cycles.
• Deep understanding of ERP workflows, including AP/AR, expense management, and GL structures.
• English fluency required; additional Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
