Focus on building forecast models, pressure-testing GTM hypotheses, and driving pricing and packaging strategies to scale revenue.

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (flexible work options available)

What you will do

  • Define and refine GTM architecture, ICP by segment, and channel prioritization to optimize market entry.
  • Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning and maintain high-accuracy forecast models for senior leadership.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and market shifts to translate signals into strategic commercial recommendations.
  • Own strategic pricing and packaging decisions for complex Enterprise and Channel deals.
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects including new market entry into Europe and segment expansion.
  • Act as the primary strategic interface for Revenue with C-level executives and global leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Strategy, RevOps, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting.
  • Meaningful experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services, preferably in a high-growth scale-up.
  • Strong ability to build financial models and derive clear strategic recommendations from complex data.
  • Proven skill in influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for operating in a global context and interfacing with international teams.
  • Must be based in Brazil (São Paulo for hybrid arrangement).
