What you will do

• Lead social-first, audience-led strategies for global and regional campaigns, partnering with creative, media, and performance teams for integrated plans grounded in culture and insights.
• Own creative performance improvement, establishing testing, optimization, and measurement processes while extracting actionable insights from data and analytics.
• Deliver original audience, cultural, and platform insights to fuel creative ideas and foster collaboration across teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the strategy team, setting high standards for thinking, insight quality, and storytelling.
• Champion Generative AI and proprietary tools for insight generation, planning, optimization, and team upskilling.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) developing holistic digital and social strategies driving measurable business results.
• Team leadership experience.
• Strong background evaluating creative and content performance for meaningful insights.
• Proven experience working with creative, social, and media teams in integrated environments.
• Experience across agency types (creative, social, media, digital) highly valuable.
• Practical experience using GenAI for strategy and performance.
