What you will do
- Drive ’s growth marketing strategy in Benelux, translating global priorities into local execution
- Scale user acquisition and engagement through performance channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
- Lead creative experimentation for high-performing messaging, formats, and campaigns tailored to local audiences
- Optimize marketing performance, improving ROAS, CAC, retention, and incremental growth
- Build experimentation frameworks and deliver data-driven insights for local and global strategies
Requirements
- Experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in high-growth consumer tech
- Expertise in paid media channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and metrics like ROAS, attribution, incrementality, retention
- Deep understanding of Dutch and Benelux digital ecosystem, media landscape, consumer behavior
- Fluent or native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills
- Highly analytical with experimentation mindset, ability to translate data into strategies
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, proactive and ownership-driven
