What you will do

• Lead global product development, business plans, and roadmaps for Core and Growth portfolios, including Treasury and Pay CORE Platform.
• Manage and mentor a team of high-performing product managers across three product squads.
• Create and execute Go-To-Market strategies based on deep market investigation and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Technology teams to balance product customization with global scalability.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and implementation teams to ensure successful product design, testing, and release.
• Partner with Marketing to develop essential collateral, including user guides and demonstrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
• 3+ years in a managerial and leadership position driving high-performing teams.
• Proven experience operating in a fast-paced, global, and geographically diverse company.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop data-driven business cases.
• International exposure in a product role with responsibility across multiple regions.
