What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes primarily for UX/UI, Product, and Strategic Designers.
• Source active and passive candidates using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
• Review and assess design portfolios from a recruiter's perspective to ensure quality.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
• Manage candidate workflows within the Recruitee ATS.
• Collaborate on technology and project management roles (Frontend, Backend, PM) as needed.

Requirements

• Active sole proprietorship or business entity with the ability to issue VAT invoices.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong understanding of design roles and the ability to vet UX portfolios.
• Proven experience with direct search and cold outreach.
• English: C1 level minimum.
• Willingness to work under a framework collaboration model (paid hourly).

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, market research, or candidate communication.
• Creativity in finding candidates beyond obvious channels.
• Ability to independently translate hiring needs into clear sourcing strategies.
