What you will do

• Support financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Greater China.
• Assist in month-end closing, consolidation review, revenue recognition, and reconciliation of accrued/deferred income.
• Oversee business direct costs like subcontractor fees and travel to drive margin improvement.
• Prepare weekly revenue forecasts, sales flash, utilisation reports, and financial dashboards.
• Conduct profitability analysis by project, product, and customer for reporting.
• Monitor financial metrics, identify trends, and support financial policies implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; MBA or CFA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting, financial planning and analysis, preferably in multinational company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex financial data.
• Excellent communication to convey insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting tools; SAP/ByD preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multicultural environment.
