What you will do

• Act as the key bridge between business and service functions for the hirify.global Australia entity.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements using the MARS reporting system.
• Facilitate annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategy planning, analyzing deviations from actual results.
• Manage intercompany transfer pricing and monitor marketing, travel, and commercial expenses.
• Prepare and monitor P&L reports by product group to steer and improve business performance.
• Support ERP update projects and participate in internal and external audits to eliminate business risks.

Requirements

• Experience in controlling, management accounting (cost accounting), and FP&A.
• Solid knowledge of accountancy and finance.
• English: Excellent proficiency required.
• Technical: SAP FI/CO is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under tight schedules.
